4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds generally require 5–30x wagering to be completed before withdrawal.

5 Gaming Rules

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.

6 Prohibited Activities

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Closed at Member's Request

Any member may request account closure at any time. The account will be closed within 48 hours of receiving the request, and any remaining balance will be refunded.

Closed by 09be

09be may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails.
• If suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity are detected.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12+ months).

Responsible Gaming Disabled

8 Limitation of Liability

09be's liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the platform is limited to the maximum extent permitted. 09be accepts no responsibility in the following cases:

• If account information is compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• When a transaction is delayed due to an issue with a third-party payment provider.
• If gameplay is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• In the event of a temporary service disruption caused by an unexpected technical error.

10 Dispute Resolution

• If the support team is unable to resolve a complaint, it will be escalated to a higher authority.
